Biking for 20 Miles?

This morning I met Laura at the gym and we were planning on both using the spinning bikes that are out in the cardio area, but some woman had the same idea as us, so Laura used the spinning bikes and I used one of the other bikes. According to the monitor, I went 20 miles in 53 minutes! Who knows how accurate that is, but it makes me feel a little more confident about my ability to at least do the sprint triathlon. I put the bike on the random hill setting, so some of it was definitely harder than other intervals. My rear end still isn't that comfortable sitting on a bike seat for that long, but I'm sure I'll get there eventually.
